The package arrived very quickly and was well packed. There are three modes, including constant light. And two modes that flash, which I don't prefer. That doesn't work well in my brain and I'm afraid it could trigger an epileptic seizure. But the normal setting is fine. The light is quite bright, so protective glasses are necessary. Fortunately, there is also a fairly long cord attached, so you have some freedom of movement. Bought this mat for my hands to help with joint pain. Hopefully it will be of benefit to me in that regard. You can easily put both hands under there at the same time. The mat has a default operating time of half an hour, but you can turn it off earlier if you wish. I am happy with it and hope to enjoy it for a long time. Seller, thank you. 😁 👍

Loved it. Really impressed with the potency, can really feel it working. Will update on how it works on the sin but so far wore it after training and the muscles over which i used it did recover faster. Great price, nice box, many settings to choose from, considering buying one as a gift. Nice packaging. Also customer service was great!
