Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard Shipping arrives in 3–8 business days and Express Shipping in 2–4 business days, counted from the day your order ships. We ship from within the United States.

How much is shipping?

Standard Shipping is a flat $8.00, and it's free on orders over $70. Express Shipping is $15.00.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. You can also check your order status any time on our contact page and we'll look it up for you.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Yes, if your order hasn't shipped yet. Email us at admin@betacen.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.

My package says delivered but I didn't receive it. What now?

Check with your neighbors and around your building first, since carriers sometimes mark packages early. If it still hasn't turned up after 48 hours, contact us and we'll open a claim with the carrier and make it right.

Orders & Payment

Is it safe to pay on your site?

Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify Payments over an encrypted connection, and we never see or store your full card details. We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal where available.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel at no cost any time before your order ships. Email admin@betacen.com with your order number and we'll confirm the cancellation and issue a full refund.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, as required by your state.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the item arrived wrong, damaged or defective, we cover return shipping and refund your original shipping charge in full. For any other reason, the cost of the return label is deducted from your refund.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
